Ingredients/Components

  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • diced onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • diced celery - 1/2 c
  • slivered almonds - 1 pkg
  • cooked rice - 1 c
  • jar Cheez Whiz - 1 oz
  • can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
  • frozen broccoli pieces

How to make company broccoli:

Preheat oven to 350°. Cook rice in water, butter and salt as usual. After cooked, add remaining ingredients. Stir until Cheez Whiz is melted. Pour into greased casserole. Bake until bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.
