Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- potatoes, peeled and cubed - 1 item
How to make cheese potatoes:
Generously butter a casserole dish. Mix the soup with about 1/2 to 3/4 can of water. Heat to almost boiling. Add to potatoes in a casserole dish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake in oven or microwave until tender. Remove from oven and top with bacon bits, if desired.Note: Add more water if necessary before cooking.
