- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- oregano - 2 tsp
- potatoes - 2 item
How to make oven french fries:
Combine cheese and oregano. Cut potatoes into wedges, unpeeled. Dip each wedge into egg, then into cheese. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 425° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
