Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • Crisco or margarine - 1/2 c

How to make coffee cake:

Cream margarine, sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix all ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix all the remaining sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Pour half of batter in a greased angel food or Bun
