Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 3/4 c
- packed brown sugar - 1/4 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- cooking oil - 1/4 c
- butter or margarine, softened - 1 tsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
- beaten egg - 1 item
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
How to make coffee cake:
Stir together the 1 1/2 cups flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine egg, milk and oil. Add to flour mixture and mix well. Stir in the raisins.
