  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • all-purpose flour
  • cooking oil - 1/4 c
  • butter or margarine, softened - 1 tsp
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • beaten egg - 1 item
  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp

How to make coffee cake:

Stir together the 1 1/2 cups flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine egg, milk and oil. Add to flour mixture and mix well. Stir in the raisins. Turn into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Combine nuts, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of f
