  • cream-style corn - 2 c

How to make mexican cornbread casserole:

Preheat oven to 425°. Brown ground beef until crumbly, draining off excess fat. Add onion and jalapeno; set aside. Combine eggs, 1 cup of the corn and milk with cornbread mix. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour half of the batter
