Carrot bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- shredded carrots - 2 c
- beaten eggs - 3 item
How to make carrot bread:
Mix all ingredients together; stir just until combined. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake in a 350° oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Remove from pan; cool on a wire rack. Wrap and store overnight.Recipe categories: Breads, Vegetables, Carrots.
