Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 4 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- water - 3/4 c
- vegetable oil - 3/4 c
- butter flavoring - 1 tsp
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- box instant vanilla pudding - 1 oz
- In separate bowl, mix together next 3 ingredients
How to make coffee cake:
Beat first 7 ingredients for 8 minutes. In separate bowl, mix together next 3 ingredients. Pour half of batter into Bundt pan. Sprinkle sugar, nuts and cinnamon mixture on top and swirl through batter. Pour remaining batter into pan. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350°. Add glaze.Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. milk1/2 tsp. butter flavoring1/2 tsp. vanilla Mix well and pour over baked coffee cake.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
