Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 8 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1/3 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- sticks butter - 2 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
How to make chocolate sheet cake:
Mix in bowl, sugar and flour. Set aside. Bring to a rapid boil, 1 stick of butter, vegetable oil, water and 4 tablespoons cocoa. Pour over flour and sugar mixture; blend well. Stir in eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, cinnamon, soda and buttermilk. Pour batter on cookie sheet (I use a 13 x 9-inch cake pan). Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Take 1 stick butter, milk and 4 tablespoons cocoa and bring to a rapid boil. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla, powdered sugar and nuts.
