Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla
- milk - 2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- Bisquick - 1/2 c
How to make coconut pie:
Blend in mixer on low for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 10-inch pie plate. Let set for 5 minutes. Sprinkle 1 cup of coconut on top. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
