Pineapple torte



  • eggs - 2 item
  • butter
  • powdered sugar
  • walnuts, chopped - 1 c
  • 2 can crushed pineapple
  • vanilla wafers, crushed - 1/2 lb
  • whipping cream stiff - 1/2 pt

How to make pineapple torte:

Cream together butter, powdered sugar and eggs. Place in well-greased pan.

First Layer: Half of crushed vanilla wafers.

Second Layer: Creamed sugar, butter and eggs.

Third Layer: Pineapple, drained.

Fourth Layer: Fold walnuts into whipping cream.

Fifth Layer: Balance of vanilla wafers.

Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours.
