Pumpkin pecan pie



  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • corn syrup - 2/3 c
  • pumpkin pie spice - 1 tsp
  • pecan halves - 1 c
  • oleo, melted - 3 Tbsp
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item

How to make pumpkin pecan pie:

Stir together 1 slightly beaten egg, pumpkin, 1/3 cup sugar and pie spice. Spread over bottom of pie shell. Combine 2 eggs, corn syrup, 1/2 cup sugar, butter and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Spoon over pumpkin mixture. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until filling is set.
