Coconut pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• buttermilk - 1/4 c
• eggs, well beaten - 3 item
• stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
• coconut, grated - 1 c

How to make coconut pie:

Mix all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until lightly brown.

Suggestion: Add 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 3 squares grated German chocolate to recipe above for a German chocolate pie.
