Buttermilk coconut pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can coconut - 1 oz
How to make buttermilk coconut pie:
Mix all ingredients and half can of coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Chill. Top with remaining coconut. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until firm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
