Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- coconut - 3/4 c
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
How to make coconut pie:
Blend in all ingredients together. Be sure to use self-rising flour. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan and bake at 350° for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Insert a knife to see if it's firm. Requires no pie shell. Very good.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
