- water - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- Filling:1 box instant vanilla French large
- milk
- medium size Cool Whip - 1 item
How to make eclairs:
Filling:1 box instant vanilla (French large)1 1/2 c. milk medium size Cool Whip Bring water and butter to a boil. Whip in flour. Put in mixing bowl. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, at least 30 seconds each. Put on ungreased baking sheet, about 1/8 cup each. Bake at 425° for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Cut off tops. Clean out any uncooked dough.Filling: Mix milk and pudding in bowl so it's kind of thick. Add Cool Whip. Fill eclairs and frost with chocolate frosting.
