Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- clam juice - 1/2 c
- finely chopped clams - 1 pt
How to make clam fritters:
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, clam juice and milk. Stir well to make a batter. Stir in chopped clams and drop by spoonfuls onto a hot greased griddle. Cook about 5 minutes each side or until golden.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Clams.
