  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 2 c
  • stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
  • carrots, chopped - 2 item
  • medium onions, chopped - 2 item
  • medium potatoes, diced - 2 item
  • can minced clams, undrained - 1 1/2

How to make clam chowder:

Combine first six ingredients in a large pan. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are done. Add milk and clams. Simmer 5 minutes.
