Quick potato soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- boiling water
- pepper - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
- finely chopped onions - 1/4 c
- thin sliced potatoes - 2 c
How to make quick potato soup:
Add potatoes and onions to the boiling water. Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Mash potatoes slightly with a fork to thicken the soup a little, if desired.
