Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- can chicken broth - 1 3/4
- can milk - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- can cream of celery soup - 1 3/4
- onion, chopped - 1 item
How to make cheese broccoli soup:
Saute chopped onion in margarine. Add soups, broth and milk. Heat until warm. Add grated Cheddar cheese and frozen, chopped broccoli (drained). Cook until cheese melts and soup is hot.Better if made day before. Serves 8. May be doubled.
