- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- boiling water - 1 c
- raisins - 2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- hot water - 4 c
- warm water - 1 c
- yeast - 2 Tbsp
- Higluten flour - 4 c
How to make cinnamon raisin bread:
In a large bowl, mix margarine, salt, 1/2 cup sugar, 4 cups hot water and 4 cups Higluten flour. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. In a small bowl, mix the yeast, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 cup warm water.
