  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1/4 tsp
  • milk - 3 4
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • firmly packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • soft butter - 1/4 c
  • sifted confectioners sugar - 3/4 c
  • warm water - 1 c
  • white sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • plus 2 Tbsp
  • yeast

How to make cinnamon crunch coffee cake:

Sprinkle yeast over water. Stir until dissolved. Add eggs, white sugar, salt and 2 1/2 cups flour. Blend thoroughly. Beat about 50 strokes. Spread in well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Let rise at 85° to 90° for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes until light and doubled in size. Combine next 4 ingredients and remaining flour. Sprinkle over dough. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Blend remaining ingredients together. Spread over top of coffee cake.
