Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, diced - 1 c
- celery, diced - 1 c
- Chinese noodles - 1 c
- can bean sprouts, drained - 1 item
How to make chow mein:
Brown meat in oil. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce. Push meat to one side in pan. Add onion and celery. Cook over low heat until soft. Stir in bean sprouts, soup and milk. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and top with noodles. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Time to make.
