  • butter - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • sugar
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • flour
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • cocoa - 4 Tbsp
  • cinnamon - 1/2 Tbsp
  • cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • chocolate chips - 1/2 c
  • diced zucchini - 2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Cream butter. Add oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Beat well. Sift dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture. Blend well. Add chocolate chips and zucchini (1/2 cup nuts may be added, if desired). Stir to combine. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
