  • stick butter - 1 item
  • Crisco oil - 1 c
  • strawberries - 1 c
  • box white cake mix - 1 item
  • Grease and lightly flour bottoms and sides of pans

How to make strawberry cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and lightly flour bottoms and sides of pans. In large bowl, blend all ingredients at medium speed for about 2 to 3 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool.Icing:2 boxes powdered sugar1 stick butter strawberries1 tsp. vanilla In a large bowl mix powdered sugar and softened butter. Add strawberries to desired thickness. Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
