Zucchini chocolate cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- oil - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1/4 c
- soft butter
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- raw grated zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini chocolate cake:
Cream butter, oil and sugar in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Beat. Mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, cocoa and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in zucchini. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips. Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
