  • coarsely grated zucchini - 2 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 2 c
  • grated orange peel - 2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • baking powder
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • powdered sugar
  • dash of vanilla - 1 item

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Glaze:2 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. milk dash of vanilla Thoroughly mix together cake ingredients. Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350° for 1 hour. Mix glaze ingredients and glaze cake.
