- whipping cream - 1 pt
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- vanilla wafers, crushed - 1 lb
- cubes margarine - 2 item
How to make pineapple icebox cake:
Cover 9 x 13-inch pan bottom with 2/3 crumbs. Mix eggs, margarine and powdered sugar. Cover crumbs carefully. Beat cream and add drained pineapple. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Desserts, Frozen desserts, Cakes.
