Chocolate zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1/2 c
• flour
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• chocolate chips - 1/2 c
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• grated zucchini - 3 c
• unsweetened cocoa - 1/2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini bread:

Preheat oven to 350°. In medium bowl, mix together eggs, oil, vanilla, sugar and zucchini. In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and baking powder. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Add zucchini mixture to dry ingredients. Pour into 2 greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pans. Bake for 45 minutes or longer, until bread tests done.
