Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 3/4 c
  • flour
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda
  • vegetable oil
  • grated zucchini - 3 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix together eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil and zucchini. Stir dry ingredients together, and then add to the wet mixture. Add nuts and blend well. Bake at 350° for 1 hour in 2 greased bread pans.
