  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour
  • oil - 1 c
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • baking powder
  • baking soda
  • grated zucchini - 2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini bread:

Blend dry ingredients and set aside. Blend eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla together; add dry ingredients. Blend well. Add nuts. Pour into greased bread pans. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
