Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp
  • sweet milk - 2 c

How to make chocolate pie:

Beat yolks of 2 eggs and 1 whole egg. Add sugar, flour, cocoa and milk. Boil until thick, stirring all the time. Add vanilla and pour into baked pie shell.

Cover with meringue made with 2 egg whites and 2 tablespoons sugar. Bake at 350° until brown.
