Chocolate fudge pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- sugar - 1 c
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour* - 1/4 c
- salt* - 1/8 tsp
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 3/4 c
How to make chocolate fudge pie:
Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease 9-inch pie plate. Whisk together eggs and sugar in large bowl; add butter and next 4 ingredients, stirring until blended. Stir in pecans and spoon into prepared pie plate. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. (Mixture will rise, then fall as it cools.) Serve with ice cream and chocolate sauce, if desired.*I used 1/4 cup of self-rising flour instead of plain flour and salt. Yield: 8 servings.
