Ingredients/Components

  • stick of butter - 1 item
  • water - 1 c
  • all-purpose flour - 1 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • Remove from heat and add flour
  • cream cheese, softened - 11 oz
  • instant vanilla pudding mix
  • carton Cool Whip - 1 item

How to make chocolate eclair:

Bring butter and water to a boil. Remove from heat and add flour. Mix until mixture forms a ball. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Spread in greased 13-inch by 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool.Filling:3 c. milk11 oz. cream cheese, softened2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix Hershey's chocolate syrup1 carton Cool Whip Blend milk with softened cream cheese in food processor. Mix in pudding, stirring until thick. Spread on top of cooled crust. Spread Cool Whip on top. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. To create an attractive appearance, gently run a knife through the chocolate syrup.
