Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- confectioners sugar
- corn syrup - 1 tsp
- container Cool Whip - 8 oz
- instant vanilla pudding - 2 pkg
- graham crackers - 1 pkg
- Line with the graham crackers
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan. Line with the graham crackers. Prepare pudding with milk. Stir in Cool Whip. Pour half of mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers and more pudding. Finish with layer of crackers. Put icing on top.Icing:2 (1 oz.) pkg. unsweetened premelted chocolate bake1 tsp. corn syrup3 Tbsp. butter1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar2 tsp. vanilla3 Tbsp. milk Mix all ingredients until smooth.
