  • instant French vanilla pudding - 2 pkg

How to make chocolate eclair dessert:

Chocolate Sauce:4 sq. unsweetened chocolate6 Tbsp. butter, melted4 Tbsp. corn syrup6 Tbsp. milk2 tsp. vanilla3 c. confectioners sugar Line bottom of pan with graham crackers. Mix pudding with milk and add container of Cool Whip. Spread pudding mixture on top of graham crackers and repeat until all is used.

Chocolate Sauce: Melt chocolate and butter; add milk and vanilla. Blend in corn syrup and sugar. Cook until smooth and thick, about 10 minutes, and pour over pudding layers. Refrigerate for several hours. Cut into squares before serving.
