- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- sticks oleo - 2 item
- container Cool Whip - 1 (13
- stick oleo - 1 item
- crushed pineapple, drained - 2 c
- walnuts and cherries - 1 c
- vanilla or almond - 1 tsp
- or more bananas, sliced lengthwise - 4 item
How to make banana split cake:
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted oleo. Press firmly into a 13 x 9-inch pan. In a large bowl mix sugar, eggs, soft oleo and vanilla or almond; beat until very fluffy.Spread over crumbs. Next spread pineapple over creamed mixture. Add sliced bananas; then spread Cool Whip over top and sprinkle nuts and cherries over all. Chill several hours before serving.
