Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- boxes instant vanilla pudding - 2 item
- can chocolate frosting - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Mix the pudding with the milk and the Cool Whip. Line the 9 x 13-inch pan with the crackers. Pour half of mixture over crackers. Put another layer of crackers. Pour the rest of the pudding mixture over the crackers. Then put another layer of crackers. Then spread chocolate frosting over the top and put in fridge overnight.Hint: Heat frosting a little in microwave first and it will spread easier on the crackers.
