chopped pecans - 1/2 c
pkg - 8 oz
milk - 2 c
flour - 1 c
powdered sugar - 1 c
container Cool Whip - 16 oz
stick margarine, softened - 1 item
instant chocolate pudding mix
toasted chopped pecans for garnish - 1 item

How to make chocolate delight:

Place flour, margarine and 1/2 cup nuts into greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish to make crust. Bake at 300° for 15 to 20 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Add 1/2 container of Cool Whip and blend thoroughly. Pour this mixture into cooled crust.

Mix pudding with milk and pour on top of cream mixture. Spread remainder of Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with toasted pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
