  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • baking soda
  • Crisco - 1 c
  • white sugar

How to make chocolate chip cookies:

Cream Crisco and sugars. Add eggs, sifted flour, salt and soda. Stir together and add vanilla and chocolate chips. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350° for 10 minutes. Makes 5 dozen cookies.
