- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1 item
- pie crust - 1 item
- rhubarb can use frozen or fresh - 3 c
- box strawberry jello small box - 1 item
How to make rhubarb pie:
Fill a pastry-lined pie pan with rhubarb. Sprinkle generously with sugar, which has been combined with flour. Sprinkle jello over sugar and flour. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust or with strips of pastry. Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
