Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- diced pears - 3 c
How to make pear cake:
Combine dry ingredients with liquid and mix well. Add pears and pecans. Will be hard to stir. Bake 50 minutes in greased and floured tube pan at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pears.
