- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese - 6 oz
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1 c
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- sliced apples - 4 c
How to make dutch apple cake:
Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla together until foamy. Add flour, cinnamon, salt and sliced apples. Bake for 1 hour at 350° using (9 x 13 x 2-inch) pan or two (8 x 8-inch) pans. Remove from pans and cool. Combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla. Spread on cake and serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
