  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • cream cheese - 6 oz
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • confectioners sugar - 2 c
  • sliced apples - 4 c

How to make dutch apple cake:

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla together until foamy. Add flour, cinnamon, salt and sliced apples. Bake for 1 hour at 350° using (9 x 13 x 2-inch) pan or two (8 x 8-inch) pans. Remove from pans and cool. Combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla. Spread on cake and serve.
