Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 10 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- carton cottage cheese - 1 oz
- Jack cheese, grated - 1 lb
- cans diced chilies - 2 oz
How to make chili egg puff:
Beat eggs until creamy. Add everything, except chilies, to eggs. Add chilies last.Pour into well-buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Serves 14. Good for brunch.
