Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 10 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- cottage cheese - 1 pt
- Jack cheese, shredded - 16 oz
- bacon, crumbled - 1/2 lb
- small can Ortega chilies - 1 item
How to make chili egg puff:
In bowl, beat eggs. Add flour, baking soda, salt, cheese, bacon and melted butter. Blend, then stir in chilies and pour into well-buttered 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° until top is brown.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
