Butterscotch banana bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- mashed bananas - 1 c
How to make butterscotch banana bread:
Sift together dry ingredients; set aside. Combine bananas, sugar, eggs and butter; blend well. Alternately blend in flour and milk. Stir in pecans and butterscotch morsels. Pour in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Sprinkle 1/3 cup finely chopped pecan pieces on top. Bake at 350° about 1 hour. Cool 30 minutes.
