cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
eggs - 2 item
chopped pecans - 1 c
pkg - 1 oz
milk - 1/4 c
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour
nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
soda - 1/2 tsp
baking powder - 2 tsp
melted butter - 1/4 c
mashed bananas - 1 c

How to make butterscotch banana bread:

Sift together dry ingredients; set aside. Combine bananas, sugar, eggs and butter; blend well. Alternately blend in flour and milk. Stir in pecans and butterscotch morsels. Pour in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Sprinkle 1/3 cup finely chopped pecan pieces on top. Bake at 350° about 1 hour. Cool 30 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
