Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 10 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- melted butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- grated Jack cheese - 1 lb
- creamed small curd cottage cheese - 1 pt
- cans diced California green chiles - 2 oz
How to make chili egg puff:
Beat the eggs until light. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Jack cheese and melted butter, blending smoothly. Stir in the chiles. Pour mixture into well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
