Cherry coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• oleo - 1 c
• sugar
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• baking powder
• salt
• can cherry pie filling - 1 item
• confectioners sugar
• melted butter - 2 Tbsp
• warm milk to thin - 1 item

How to make cherry coffee cake:

Glaze:1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar2 Tbsp. melted butter1/2 tsp. vanilla warm milk to thin Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Put 2/3 of dough in a 10 1/2 x 15 1/2-inch pan. Spread pie filling on batter and spoon rest of batter on top. Drizzle with glaze while warm.
