Butterscotch bubble loaf
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- melted butter - 6 Tbsp
- walnuts - 1/2 c
- butterscotch pudding not instant - 3 oz
- loaf frozen bread, thawed - 1 item
How to make butterscotch bubble loaf:
Generously butter a 12-cup Bundt pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Cut partially thawed bread into 24 cubes and place in pan. Sprinkle pudding, sugar and cinnamon on bread. Cover and let rise to double, 3 to 4 hours. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes. Let stand 30 minutes.
