Chili con queso
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1 lb
- small onion - 1 item
- can tomatoes with green chilies - 1 oz
- cans jalapeno peppers, chopped - 2 item
How to make chili con queso:
Saute onion in butter over low heat until tender. Stir in flour. Cook for 1 minute. Add can of tomatoes with chilies. Stir. Add cheese and jalapenos. Cook over very low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
